Announcement on the implementation of electronic certificate of origin (e-certificate of origin)

On 01 September 2026, Ministry of Commerce issued an announcement on the implementation of electronic certificate of origin (e-certificate of origin).

Ministry has introduced the issuance of the e-Certificate of Origin through the CO Automation System via co.moc.gov.kh. The implementation of the e-Certificate of Origin shall be carried out with the 5 Prakas (Ministerial Regulation), as stipulated in the Law on Rules of Origin.
